finger prints

I am adopting a child from Guatemala and need to UPDATE my finger prints. It will EXPIRES OCT, 21, 2007. I have NOT received a letter to let me know when to come down for an appointment to have it done. PLEASE HELP ME!! I am very concerned that I will not get the letter in time for an appointment. Today is the 4th . That only gives me a few weeks to sort this out. My local office is in Manchester, New Hampshire. I have been approved but just need to update them.
