I am now living with my fiance, who is American.
Some months ago, I received death threats by my x-wife her boyfriend who is a violent criminal and I was stabbed in my house in front of my children and went to hospital under police protetction. The UK police advised me to leave my house and offered protective residence. I decided instead to come to the USA and live with my fiance. My visa has ran out and hope to get citizenship once we are married.
I cannot return the the UK for fear of death.
My children attend school here and are doing so well.
Can anyone give me some advice?
