  • Medical examination for green card

    Dear Sir,

I am going through treatment for hepatitis B since last one and half year. I am completing my scheduled treatment in next 6 months. The treatment was very effective and now my blood test shows negative for hepatitis B. I am waiting for my labor approval and getting ready to file I140 and 485 simultaneously as my priority date is current. Also I need to go through medical examination. Part of the medical examination is to take Hepatitis B vacacine. I am really confused on how to deal with Hepatitis B.
    1. Whether to take the vacacine?
    2. Inform about the Hepatitis B treatment? Is it okay to inform about Hepatitis B treatment? Are there any side effect? Can it cause greencard
    disqualification?

Request you to advise on this situation.

    Thanks and Regards,

This is not an immigration question.
This is a medical question and you should ask the doctor.
