Hello,
In 1998 I moved with my parents from the Netherlands to texas. I was 18 at the time and fell under their E-2 Visa(or "E-2 dependant"). When I turned 21 I was no longer under that visa. As for my question.. Now what am I suppose to do? I can't get work anywhere. Well, I could but it wouldn't be legal and I don't want to do it that way. Unfortunately my
dad's dairy business is too small to support us all, otherwise they
could've used form I-129 like we did before(making me manager of the farm and changing my satus to I believe it was E-2 Principal). But that was a couple of years ago when we were still running a decent sized dairy farm. We had to move two times to escape bankruptcy because of bad times and bad luck. So now that you know my story, is there anything I (or you) can do to get me a work visa or immigrant visa so I can legally reside and find work in this country?
