H1-B Process

Hi Friends,

I have approved H1-B petition from my Company who is sponsor me for the US H1-B.
I get the approved since last July 2006.
But till date my company is not processing visa stampping process.
After that I resigned from the Company. Now the question is that My Company asks me to pay all the amount of H1-B Visa Process.
Is it right or wrong?
As per my offer letter I only have to pay if I deny after stapping of my visa on my passport.
But here is nothing.
If i am not pay they don't give my reliving and experince latter.

So pls. guide me ASAP.

US Market is still down to earth

Currently as per the Feb end news, US market is at its worst, and is in fact heading for a recession. requirements are also frozen. If somebody is having a good job in India, try to stick there for a while before coming to India

Job market is pathetic these days in the US and its going to get worse. If you still want to risk flying to the US, don't get your family along, come alone. Its easier to move around looking for jobs alone.
