I was working for a Consulting firm.I worked with him for 6 months.
The problem is they are not paying my last 2 months pay.When i joined ,the pay check used to bounce and also they screwed with my H1 Visa.So,i decided to leave him.I did all my work professionally like giving 2 weeks of notice and subimmiting my time sheets.With lot of negoitiations,he agreed to pay my 2 months salary part by part.They paid only for first time,now they are not paying inspite of my repeated request.I would like to know what action i can take.My consultant is in NJ and i have moved to TX.
I have all my pay stubs and W2 for 2007.
