Hi ImmiHelp,

You have a great website! Very informative and lots of things..
I'm very interested in EB-5 program. Before I start I have a concern, please advise...

I have a daughter who has celebral palsy. She's 5 years old and disabled. She doesn't do anything harmful to others. Would her disability affect our eligibility to have a green card?

Yes, it is possible to have a problem because of it. I suggest you consult an immigration attorney to take further advise.
