Adding 18 y/o sister to immigrant mother

My mother immigrated here in the States. We did not know that we can apply for my sister who is less than 18. Can we still apply for my sister even if my mother was approved and is already here? Please help. thanks

No, you can not apply for your sister as a dependent of your mother. When an USC child applies for his parents green card, they CAN NOT bring other children along with that petition.
