please somebody help me i am confused

i am a us citizen and married to a indian girl . last month she came from india and she came through cr1 status . and she gat social and gc . the gc expier in 2 yeras . i want know we need to file any form or anything with in 2 years .i think i saw somewhere we need to file some form or something on our 2 annursiry or something anybody know what kind form we need to file it thanks
