I hope I am in the right place this time if not I am sorry as this is all confusing me and it feels like my head is about to pop off.. my question is this...
my fiance came here to the US , we were to be married , got a lawyer and did what was told. Something happened and he left the US and went back to England but was overstay by 168 days.

Now I know everything that I read is saying 180 days or more. Where he is under the 180 days , will he have issues coming back over?

Please someone answer me if you can as I really need some help here.

If he has overstayed for 180 days or more, he will be barred to enter US for 3 years.

But that does not mean if he overstayed for 168 days, he would be fine. He may still have problem entering the US.
