Validity of 10 yr. multiple visa!

Hi !

I was wondering if a persons 10 year multiple entry visa remains valid if one has overstayed her I-94 .This is because one had applied for a green card and has now decided not to pursue it. The fingerprints are over too...but now has decided not to go ahead with the greencard. So will the 10yr multiple entry visa still be valid?

Can anyone please help me with this.

The visa is void. And obtaining another one will be hard (since it will be hard to prove non-immigrant intent).
