Background check/Order of Deportation

If someone runs a background check on a person with an order of deportation through, say, an online service, can it show up?
Would it appear under the person's criminal record?

It depends on what kind of background search. But, if this is for you or one of your friends... if you have a deportation order, you are not authorized to work, which means you are asking about illegal employment and how to get "away with it" and you will not find such advice here.
