please help my girl is pregnant

I am here in miami and can't leave the country because of probation. My girl is pregnant and lives in Costa Rica (i was living there, but had to come here for court) Now i can't leave but need to be there for my girl and the whole pregnancy and for when my child is born. She is only 1 1/2 months preg. so she still has time to travel. Is there any right that i can exercise to get here to come here? please help this is just not fair to neither of us.

Are you two married? if not... then you can apply for a K1 visa, but it is going to take at LEAST 6 months for it to be applied and she has to get married to you within 90 days of arriving the USA.

If you two are married, then file for a K-3 visa or immigrant visa through consular processing... it will still take too long... 8-12 months...

She can not travel in her advance pregnancy stages and there is no "right" you can exercise to bring her here. You must file a petition for her, just like everybody else.
