N-400 ? about children

Hello, I am a LPR and my wife is a US citizen... ,I have a son who is born in Canada (12 years old) from a previous relationship but I was NOT married (My X girlfriend,we broke up which was no fault of mine) has forbid me to see him and does not want to have anything to do with me, she does not want child support or gifts from me and my family who also lives in Canada..Should I still put his name in my N-400 Thanks for the info
