Info Pass Appointment

I am trying to make an info pass appointment with the Detroit office but cannot get through on the internet. I have tried for over an hour but without success. It is for my wife. We need to get an extension of her green card which expires 11/18/08 because she is scheduled to go to Taiwan on 11/6/08 and doesn't plan on returning until early January, '09.
