Hello all
I have lot of credit card debt. I was student until 8 months before and now i am in a job that pays me $40,000 per year. I have all my credit card accounts in collections ( I owe total of $30,000 dollars in debt for 8 cards) and i am working out with them to make settlements for the payment. I will be applying for green card next year and i have H1 documents with me for which i should go for stamping in next few months. Can any one tell me, whether my bad credit history will effect my H1 stamping and GC process (when i apply in future). I appreciate your response.
