hi,
i am currently on f-1/opt and got married in may in india .my wife just came a week b4 on f-2.she has been a complete nuisance to my parents in india and to me here.she looks and behaves like a hysteric person who can do anything to get her point accepted.i am scared she would harm herself in order to see me harassed.how can i protect myself against any legal action?whom should I contact the police or the attorneys(which attorneys in particular)?can i withdraw her f-2 visa?can i file for divorce in the US itself?can someone suggest me of good lawyers who can help me with this in the san fransisco area?i want to file for divorce in india but that can be done only after another 6 months.how can i send her back to india and is there a way i can make sure she doesn't come back here to the US to give me further torture?
