Dear legal Adviser(s)!
**** following is my problem,
1) am i still eligible to work untill i hear from immigration department in written that i should continue my job or not.
2) any recommendations for best lawyer for my case (please
read followings).
3) can i change my employer

Problem.
=======
I have missed my 30 day follow up interview for nseers after i came back from
vacations (went back home in june 2003 and came back june 2003).
reason i missed it.
==============
Officer at air port told that nseers law is getting suspended so no need to do
anything for nseers in future.
problems/result for missing it.
======================
Now i got query from INS saying i have violated it . they asked me to check with local Immigration office to seek help with this and reply back to them in
specified time.
i went to couple of local offices (finally they sent me to ice immigration and customs enforcement ). when i went there they made a removal case against me. saying i have violated it so i should be deported (even though i have done special registration at least 3 times . one was first when nseer was enforced, second when i went back home , third when i came back )
i will have immigration hearing now.
Now i know that i have to hire some really good lawyer.
any suggestions ????
