Consumer Redressal for Sprint Phone ccompany

Hi

I am from Kirkland WA. I have been overcharged for my bill by SPRINT Telecom . They have charged me 75 cents for calls withing USA and 4.40$ for India calls and blaming on me that I chose a wrong Plan .

This is not what they said when I signed for it and of course they are not agreeing to reduce it .

My qns , Do we have consumer redressal forums in USA , can I get their Contact number s

2) how much damage is done if I do not pay this bill

3) any other options I have

I had same problem and I fought with them and they agreed to reduce the bill by 66% for domestic calls and same rate as my previous long distance company was charging for India at that time (Qwest 66c/minute several years back.)

Since then, I do not accept any offers on the phone. I just ask them to mail me whatever offer they have. And so far, I have not received any offer in mail. Do not believe the telemarketers.
