Ok, nothing new here I?m sure, my girl friend is from Australia, she came here a little more then 2 years ago legally on a visitors visa, met someone and ended up getting married. They worked together to get her legal permanent status but did not complete the process. Where they ended up is she had her final interview and all the paper work was done except her sponsor?s signature was not notarized. Yes it has been over a couple of months since then, in fact it has been about 8 months so we believe that the app probably has been cancelled. For what it worth I met her AFTER she left her husband. Either party has not yet started a filling for divorce but I am sure the x soon will.
So here is the question, can she stay in the USA and if so how? Where do we go and what do we do. I would marry her but she is not divorced yet. Her visa is expired because she was being converted at the time to a permanent resident. Will she be found and exported or can she stay?
