Hello,
I am working for an Utility Company in Florida.I am an H1B holder, I am an Employee of that Company. Lately the Company started Laying Off People. Even though I am not Yet(?) affected by it, I heard that the People who got Layed Off Can question the Company asking them how they can Lay them Off, if the Company still has H1B holders as their Employee. Is it true. This is going to be a Big problem if its true and I have to make Other arrangements. Please Help me in this regard.
P.S. The Company has filed my GC in RIR. They have just finalized the Documents. Should it be any concern.
