Hi, my name is Ramona. I met someone from Australia and recently had him visit me about a month ago. He left only 5 days ago and we have decided that we want to be together. We are so desperate for him to come back, but all of this immigration and policies really confuses us. We dont want to apply for the wrong VISA etc, since we want him to get back here as soon as possible. Were not looking into marrige quite yet, we were hoping he could come here on a temporary VISA and then we can change that about 2 months into his stay to a fiancee VISA once we are settled and ready to get married. I am 19 years old and he is 17. His parents have agreed to have him move here with me. I guess what I'm asking is what can we do to get him here as soon as possible, and what would you suggest? Can he re enter the US if he only just left? Thank you so much for your time. I really am desperate for answers.

We are planning to have him enter the US on a K-1 Visa while he's 17, but get married after his birthdate in october.

Why don't you bring him here as a student in a college close to your home? The college will help him get his visa. Then the two of you can spend some time getting an education together and getting to know each other with fewer obligations.
