change of address to INS

Hello,
I want to give change of address to INS. The form has a column which requires me to fill in "Copy number from alien card". I don't know what alien card is. Currently I am a H1B visa holder. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where to find it.

Alien card is greencard which you do not have. SO, just leave it blank.
