MultipleEntry Stampping

Hello,

I have very recently transferred my status from B1 to H1B and would like to get multiple entry stamped in Passport as soon as possible.

I 'll appreciate if any one could answer some of my questions :

1.&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Is duration of work in US a major factor ?
2.&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp How many months of working would be enough for me before I visit Mexico for stamping ?
3. &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp What happens if my Visa is refused in Mexico, can I return back to US ?
4. Would there be a problem for me if I change my employer before my Pasport is stamped ?
