    Can i incorporate a new company while on H1B Visa?

    Hi,
    I am on H1b visa and i wanted to know the following things.

    1. Can i incorporate a company ( a corporation or a limited liability company) while i am on H1b working with company A

    2. Once i incorporate can i process my H1B ( full time or parttime ) with the company i incorporate?

    3. Can i get my green card process started with the the new incorporated company?
