How many Visas can i have

Can i have two h-1 visas and work for two employers ?. One part-time and one full-time..

Here is the situation.
1. I have a H-1 from one employer.

2. can i use this H-1 and apply for a transfer, and once approved use that second H-1 towards working for a part-time job ?.

3. Will the first H-1 be still valid ?.
