My husband is trying to get his residency here in the US, I am a citizen, but he needs to prove he has had his vaccinations...he doesn't know how to get them he is 44 and has never needed to show them as an adult and his mother doesn't have them. He is actually British born and immigrated to Australia when he was 7 so he has had the shots and DOES NOT want to have to get them again...Does anyone know who he would contact to get proof?? Thank you.
