Daughter duped by Illegal - HELP

My daughter befriended a Italian national who offerred her $7500.00 to marry him so he could get his green card. She had no idea what she was doing was wrong.

Problem is, she married him unbeknownst to me two weeks ago. He is now trying to get her to a lawyer to sign the green card papers.

Please tell me how to get outta this marriage and clear up this mess. She is a good girl trying to help a friend.

Thats why people like me who have are in a "bona fide" marriage have to go through all this pain just to prove that it was NOT for GC. Also we are looked at as fraud
