I want to know if I'm qualify to use 245i, if i got labor certification filed april 9, 2001, I got the receipt from dept. of labor and it was approved. In the final determination letter that I got, the date of processing or date of acceptance for processing is april 9, 2001. The business that filed for the certification is now close. Is it possible for me to file for the 245i LIFE ACT?
