    SS card and ICE

    Question, I am here on a student visa. I have a SS card and a state ID and driver licence. It says on my SS card that I may not work without the approval of DHS but my employer disregarded it and gave me a job for a month.
    I was wondering if the immigration can connect my name to my SS and see that i am actually working without a permit? Otr should I just say no to work? I haven started my job yet.

    You cannot ans should not work off campus without authorization by any means. Say no or you could be in lot of problems.
