Hello all. I have applied for a GC & so far, my EAD is pproved. My lawyer is now asking for a birth certificate. Neither I nor my wife have the birth certificate. What are our options now? Any guidance welcome.

Green card for my wife and myself has been approved and we need to submit birth certificate. My wife was born in Kanpur in 1955 and her parents do not remember the name of the hospital and if a birth certificate was obtained. We live in Dubai for the past 40 years and we do not have any contacts in Kanpur. Can anyone help in getting this matter resolved.Comment
