im inquiring for a friend they went through all the steps in becoming a citizen like got a ss# , a working permit, and had a visa at the time well they needed a sponser. well the sponser and my friend had an appiontment on 9-11 01 and well you know what happened and after that he never herd from anyone about his case. well the bad thing is he lost all his papers cause his house had a fire and i was wondering how would we go about finishing their paperwork or do they have to start all over. if you can help it would really be appreciated
