Dear NCSC,
I entered the U.S on 22nd sept 2009 via JFK Airport.The address on my ds-230 form with the state deprtment to receive my permanent resident card and other correspondence needed by me to make life aworthwhile for me here in the u.s is an address of a sister in colorado but she has packed out of these address which make the address invalid to receive my resident card.I now live at new york and needed to change my contact address with the state department to receive my resident card,can the NCSC help me out over these issue? and if not can the NCSC direct me to any body that handle my problem?Confident of you anticipated co-operation and hope to hear back from you in due course.
