I have a stepmother who is not a citizen and here on a green card…she has committed a felony, embezzled my father’s estate, is in the process of suing my aunt to get to my grand parents estate, has a Swiss bank account, has been in neglect of care of my father who has dementia…what can I do…who can I report this to…she is threatening to take my father to the Philippines and leave him…we are scared because of his medical condition and the horrible medical care there…Thanks
