Green Card Job description
I had joined the company as a senior web engineer. After joining i have grown to assume greater responsible role as Technical Lead. However H1 application continues to reflect on the responsiblities that I initially joined the company. In this scenario can I apply for green card with my current expanded job responsiblity. Will I qualify for these job description?
If so, will the labor certificate get delayed as it is different from the H1 job responsibility. Would it make a difference if i file a update on job discription in H1 before I file for the GC with the new job description?
