k1 visa will expire soon
Hi to all
I came here in the US with k1 visa, my petitioner told me today that he can't marry cause he is not in love with me anymore, my visa will expire this jan 01 2010 theproblem is he can't afford to buy ticket for me to go back to my country philippines, it seems that i OVERSTAY cause he told me to wait until he is ready financially., my questions: If I overstay what will be the consequences i may face? Will I get banned? how many years? IF I ovestay does it cause problems to me if I will apply another visas for u.s or other countries? any help would b appreciated!
