Hi,
My uncle had applied for green card for our family many years ago. We received a letter calling our family members for interview along with all documents. But because of financial reasons we didnot attend the interview. We neither replied to that. This happened 6 years ago. We knew that it was so stupid but were helpless.
Apart from this one more problem is my brother would be turning 22yrs by this september.
Now if i reply stating the reason and asking for an interview, is there any possibility that our request would be accepted? Please suggest.
