Good Morning,
We are in the process of applying for residency and our children have never been immunized before. We have just yesterday begun the schedule for them. Is the application acceptable as long as all the scheduled series vaccinations (DPT, MMR, etc.) have been started and the single dose (varicella etc.) have been administered?
Also, are the hand-written immunization cards from my childhood acceptable records?
Also, my husband cannot locate his immunization record though it has been completed. Does he have to start at the beginning again or are there tests available to prove immunity?
