Hello Folks,
I have done my master in US and later worked for quite good time in US with H1b, but later I was departed from US and imposed 5 years ban. Its been more than 2 years, is there a possibility that I can challenge and get chance to come back and work in States. Please help me and not sure what category this should belong to as well.
I'm really in a needful situation and advance thanks for your efforts and help.
