renew green card or facing immigration problems?

I live in New Jersey. I got married with a US Citizen, i got my green card since January 2010 its only for 2 years because my marriage is less than 2 years.

I was charged with forgery fourth degree and theft third degree, the crime wasn't completed, we are talking about $12000 the victim didn't lose any money. i hired a criminal lawyer, and he is trying to get me into PTI (program to do comunity service and pay fines), so you dont get conviction. He told me the charges will be dissmised after I completed my time with the program PTI.

At the Courthouse they took finger printers and my pictures and they process me and I'm scared to lose my green card. My wife also just got into a car accident on November 2009 I help my wif etaking showers, get dress , cook, laundry because she's in a wheel chair because she has a fixatior around her left leg what makes her impossible to move or do things by herself.

My questions are:

1. Can i Lose my green card for the arrest in my record?
2. Is there any low or high risk to be deported?
3. If i Completed the program and pay the fines, the charges are dismissed I will be fine?????

yes there are 99 percent chances r deportation. no 2 is if u not deported charges will not go away or dismissed from record.possible revoke of green card also. it will remain in fbi list. if u r citizen story will be different .good luck
