Process For POA

I am US. I would like to make a power of attorney in my father's name.
How can I do that ?

Can it be done with my father in India or we have to do it when he is visiting US ? Further what docs are required ? Is there any template ?

Be more specfic POA for what and where? If in India you have to get it executed in India.

If in the US do a google search.. for details if you need an attorney or you can get some software to execute/create one like a Living Will.
