hi, friends

I been in usa for 9yr's. i had two state driving license, i was at the airport in arizona the border patrol arrested me. i had two passport one had usa visa but expired passport with expired visa, other passport was valid but not visa on it. I got out in bond. when i had my court hearing i did not went to court to hear my case, because i did not anything on my defence. They took my both passport and both license. one other state license was expired too. What should i do? Can i reopen my case in the court or not?
