    Returning Resident Visa- SB1

    Is accompanying a US spouse who is working abroad an acceptable reason for overstaying outside the US with green card? No family members in the US.

      Thank you newacct for you response. This what I thought. If I want to apply again I-130 for my wife, does she has to first file I-407?
