Good Morning, Hope you are fine.
My brother got a visa for private driver from U.A.E, He does not have the ECNR stamp in his passport as he not passed the 10th std. How to apply for the ECNR to enable him to travel abroad. He has worked one year in kuwait and three months in U.A.E - when he got the ECNR clearance through travels. Is there any way to get the ECNR clearance urgently as the sponsor giving pressure on him?
