Married in India, Divorce in USA

I was married in India. After getting US citizenship, we got divorced in California. Its been a while.
I am moving to India temporarily and getting married with Indian citizen.
Is divorce document from CA court sufficient for this purpose ?
is it recognized in India ? Or do I have to get approval or follow any process by visiting Indian embassy ?

I think you'd better ask a lawyer about that. Logically if you are a U.S. citizen now, American marriage laws must apply to you. But you did give only superficial information, so nobody will give you any answer without a lawyer. if you would love to wait with your Indian marriage and test potential candidates a little more. From the experience I can tell you that sometimes to jump so quickly from one marriage into another is not a very good idea.
