Hi everyone,
I have a false 498a case against which I'm fighting for the last 2 years. I'm able to get regular bail and submitted the same to the Indian embassy for the passport renewal. Though embassy has told me that my passport is impounded and won't re-issue until the case is solved. What steps should I take in order to get my passport back ?. I'm worried how will I attend my court proceedings if I cant travel. Any guidance and help in the same regard would be highly appreciated.
