Expatriate program

Hi,

Does any one know what the expatriate program means? I heard that people can be working from India while their green card processing is continuing in the US.

Any help will be appreciated.

I am not sure in what context you are asking 'expatriate program'.

As green card is for future, you can be working in India while your green card process is going on.

However, I don't think these 2 things are related.
