How to Immigrate to US?

Hello!

I need help - how I can immigrate to USA (Massachusetts). what I have to do, where I have to go, what I need and what is easiest way to become Permanent Resident.
I am Permanent Resident of Canada (not citizen), I am original from Poland. My country is not eligible for green card lottery. finding sponsor in USA is hard because I am in Canada. how I can find sponsor be in Canada?

What are other possibility? with who I can contact.

I am not rich person, almost divorce.
