I need advice to get an American tourist Visa ASAP

I need to visit a friend of mine in the US who is sick with cancer. The person

is an American Citizen what is the best way for him to sponsor me.

How will I get my visa real fast since he is really seriously ill.

Please advice I am really desperate.

I do not know how can a sick cancer patient sponsor you, how will he meet the obligations and worsr yet he is just a friend no immediate family ties, it is best you apply for a visa on your own and take your chaces, maybe someone else on the forum can help better.
