My sister just came here from India to Newark, New Jersey on H-1B. Well, at the port of entry (i.e.Newark) the immigration officials have miswritten her year of birth as 1930 when she is actually born in 1980. So, whom do you think she should contact to rectify this error?

what to do
The person who has the incorrect infromation needs to go to the local USCIS office and ask them to make the correction. please be aware that you will have to prove the correct infromation. Using a passport from the original country should sufice.Comment
